Ms Roop designs the overall charges, values, standards, foreign distribution and strategic goals. She interacts with the foreign board of directors while leading, guiding, directing, sharing, ensuring the contribution of exports, sales innovations, strategic business development, profitability and maintains awareness of competitors, expansion opportunities, customers, markets, and new industry developments and standards.
Olga Morozova | Master Blender

Olga Morozova is the Head of blending section with more than 20 years of experience in production, organoleptic evaluation, blend creation and marketing alcohol and no- alcohol beverages. She conducts training workshops in Russia, India, Nepal, Australia and USA for different Liquor brands.

About Team
Kaya's Team Structure and working Module:
M.B.M: This is the Core strategy decision making body. Represented by CMD Mr. Karun Kaura, GM Finance, GM Commercial.
Objectives: Strategic decisions on Investments, Marketing & Brand Positioning, Brand Development etc. are taken by the Strategic Team in a meeting Chaired by the CMD as the convenor held on a monthly basis in the Head Office. The Branch offices headed by Regional / Zonal Managers assisted by Area Managers and Sales Executives.
